Work with Habitat for Humanity ReStore in White County, AR to find the most cost effective solution to help them with security.

  • Determined that the least expensive option is to purchase and install security cameras independently of an outside company.
  • The cheapest option is a single camera overlooking the room with the garage door and a monitor at the register.
  • Suggested a deal on a woot.com to Jordan.

  • Continue looking for better alternatives.

Accomplished This Period:
  • Met with Jordan at the ReStore and discussed potential solutions to the security problem.
  • Determined that a system that detects when unpurchased items are leaving the store (like at Walmart or the Brackett Library) would be too expensive to implement.
  • Determined that a camera system covering the doors is likely the best option for preventing theft.
  • Depending on the cost, S&S Security Systems in Searcy might provide the best option.

  • Research ways to implement a camera system in a cost-effective way.
  • Contact S&S Security Systems to see what they can offer.
